An apple a day?


While I admittedly pulled this item from AARP's magazine (5/11), I would like to preface this by pleading the Fifth on my age! But said article notes that certain foods can ease pain (i.e. backaches, sore knees, etc.). Some of these "remedies" include cherries, fish and ginger.
