Need to break out of a "mood"?

  • Drink more water - hydration "de-fuzzes" your mind.
  • Music creates adrenaline and bright light makes you more alert; so increase the volume and wattage and get moving again!
  • Think positive (you know..."don't worry, be happy!") - positivity increases energy too!
